Youth Sport Festivals
Youth Sports Festivals are our main offer and provide multisport activities during the school holidays for young people age from 8-11 (with some wriggle room for siblings).
Most Festivals run at our main base in Belper Meadows which has an amazing range of sports facilities and we continue to connect with them to ensure we are providing a diverse range of sports.
There is something for everyone!
We create a timetable of the sports over the days your young person is with us, which is why we prioritise those young people who can attend for the full event (this changes with each holiday and dates available but will be advertised when we open for bookings).
Wherever possible we offer a 5 day programme from 9.30-3.30 daily to match a school day. This is so that you parents and carers have a full weeks childcare, safe in the knowledge that your young person is having fun.
Term time activities
Where funding is available, we run a range of term time activities focused on the needs of different groups of young people and their parents / carers.
These projects have included:
This Girl Can
after-school club for KS2 girls and their mums / carers to play sport together. Free at the point of use and funded by Sport England, its aim is to get women and girls moving and active, regardless of shape, size or ability.
For several mums, it was the first organised exercise they had done since their daughters had been born and for almost all, the first time they had been encouraged to participate rather than than just watch from the sidelines getting cold!

How do projects start?
We apply for funding and sponsorship to ensure our activities are free for the young people.
It is important to us that the whole community comes together to ensure our young people become well rounded and happy individuals.
These are some of the fabulous sports and service providers we are delighted to have worked with.
